Cancellations and Refunds Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and refunds will not be issued unless the product is damaged or defective. If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot offer a cancellation or refund. Contact us through the website on the contact page.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the product in question. For damaged or defective items, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are not responsible for any issues with the products.
